Logins are issued by Air Experts, not created in the app. If you sell Midea and do not have one yet, speak to your Air Experts representative and they will arrange it.

Ask your Air Experts representative to reset it. You will be given a temporary password and the portal will ask you to choose a new one the first time you sign in. Resetting a password signs out every device that was already signed in on that account, which is what you want if a phone has gone missing.

After five failed attempts an account pauses for a short while. Wait a few minutes and try again, or ask for a reset if you are no longer sure of the password.

The app shows your account live from our system, so it needs mobile data or Wi Fi. Check the signal and press Try again. Nothing you have done is lost and you stay signed in.

Every order, bill, stock figure and balance in the portal comes straight from the Air Experts accounting system. If something does not match what you expect, tell us what you are looking at and what you expected, and we will check the underlying record.
